Huzzah! Onward, Upward, Excelsior! (The motto, not the packing material.)

As you'll see below, we wanted to take next year off to complete a novel already in progress. Working four hours a day every day, seven days a week, to reliably distribute "The Nooze of the Day from The Geezer Brigade™" to The Geezership is worth every penny of the $36.00 a year dues we've been asking, we are told. It also makes a difference in people's lives.

It has been both our pride and joy and, in a small way, our (additional) bread and butter, helping us to have our ends meet in the middle, heh, heh, heh.

However, it leaves not much energy for other writing.

Especially at our age.

BUT, WHAT IF ... we still sent out an original "Geezerly Thought of the Day" every day (some Geezers simply must have something funny in their in boxes every morning, no matter what, like me!) and distributed "The Geezer's Digest"© only once a week with all the features our members have come to love and often participate in providing, with credit. Then, we could work on the novel during the week and save the heavy-duty Geezerly work for Saturdays.

AND, WHAT IF ... we lowered our dues to only $12.00 a year instead of $36.00?
